Age 9
First Time on Court

Sabrina Sobhy was born in Sea Cliff, New York. She stepped onto a squash court at age nine—what began as family games quickly became something more.

Guided by her father and coach, Khaled Sobhy, and inspired by her mother, Jodie Larson and siblings Omar and Amanda, squash became part of the family fabric—bridging their American and Egyptian roots.

Resilience

A 2023 wrist injury and 2024 surgery tested Sabrina in ways competition never could.

Months of rehabilitation rebuilt more than strength—it refined her focus and reinforced the team around her.

By June 2025, she was back at the U.S. National Championships—locked in, and building toward 2026.
